RESTRICTION NOTICE PDF — minimal live fix (500 error)

ROOT CAUSE
----------
Class "Dompdf\Options" not found — dompdf package missing or old on server,
OR old BlockedAccountRestrictionNoticeService without fallback.

STEP 1 — Upload & merge these folders into Laravel root (secure/ or laravel/):
  app/Services/BlockedAccountRestrictionNoticeService.php
  app/Support/AccountEnding.php
  app/Support/BankRestrictionNoticeReference.php
  app/Http/Controllers/NotificationCenterController.php
  config/blocked_account_notices.php
  resources/views/pdf/restriction-notice.blade.php
  resources/views/partials/bank-of-america-logo-mark.blade.php
  public/images/   (if included — BOA logo for PDF)

STEP 2 — Install dompdf + clear caches (pick one):

  A) Browser runner (upload restriction-notice-pdf-setup.php to public/):
     https://YOUR-DOMAIN/secure/public/restriction-notice-pdf-setup.php?token=TOKEN&run=1
     (TOKEN is printed when you run build-restriction-pdf-fix-minimal.sh)

  B) SSH / cPanel Terminal:
     cd /path/to/laravel
     composer require dompdf/dompdf:^3.0 --no-dev
     php artisan route:clear
     php artisan optimize:clear

STEP 3 — Add routes if missing (see ROUTES-ADD-TO-web.php.txt)

STEP 4 — Delete restriction-notice-pdf-setup.php from public/ after success

CORRECT URL (Laravel route — not a file in public/)

DO NOT upload vendor/ from Mac — run composer on server.
