Mandate earnings and internal withdrawal

When I withdraw mandate earnings to the linked reserve, what changes immediately?
Your withdrawable mandate earnings balance is reduced by the instruction amount. The linked reserve posted ledger total shown for the connected account does not increase at that moment.
Where does the withdrawn amount appear before it posts?
It appears under pending incoming credits and wire-style intake tracking. Each intake row progresses through operational stages (received through posting) until it reaches posted on the linked reserve ledger.
Why is there a delay before the linked reserve balance increases?
Reserve credits follow treasury settlement windows and acknowledgement checks. External correspondent posting is not represented as instantaneous; visibility updates when the posting engine completes the ledger credit.

Operational vs earnings-domain invoices

What is an operational (company) payable?
It requests settlement from company operational treasury channels. It does not debit your personal mandate earnings allocation when processed.
What is an earnings-domain payable?
Payment debits mandate earnings and reduces withdrawable balance. Settlement history and activity notices reflect the debit once processing completes.

Security review, restrictions, and appeals

What happens if my account is under security review or a payout restriction?
Outbound payout initiation, earnings-domain invoice payments, card authorizations, and mandate withdrawals to linked reserve can be paused. The interface surfaces governance banners, task queue directives, and activity rail entries describing the restriction.
How do appeals work?
Appeals are compliance-oriented reviews: you can open restriction details, submit an explanation (for example a documented location mismatch), and track review status. They are not framed as informal consumer support tickets.

Wire tracking

Why are pending wires separated from the last successful settlement?
In-flight instructions are shown distinctly from the last completed reserve-related wire outcome so the rail does not read like a real-time wallet. Completion timestamps reflect posted intake, not user click time.

Blocked working accounts, bank notices, and escalation

What does it mean when my working account is blocked?
The account’s status is set to suspended: transfers and debits that depend on that working account stop until platform administrators restore it from the control panel. This is separate from user-level capability blocks under outbound security.
What is the platform incident reference, and where should I keep it?
Each block event issues a short platform reference (for example WB-YYYYMMDD-A{id}-XXXXXX) delivered in your in-app notification. Copy it into a secure, non-public record (password manager, internal ticketing system, or encrypted note) so you can quote it if treasury or support needs to correlate the block with logs.
How is that different from the bank’s block or return notice?
Correspondent banks issue their own references on holds, returns, or compliance letters. Collect that bank reference from your branch visit, call recording, or paper/secure message and keep it alongside—not instead of—the platform reference when you escalate.
When should I go to a bank branch?
Use your institution’s channel policy: for unexplained correspondent blocks, large-value holds, or when only the relationship manager can release a notice, an in-person visit may be appropriate. Bring identifiers for the account and any wire references you already have; ask the bank to document their reference in writing where possible.
How do I get the account unblocked on the platform?
Only platform administrators can restore a suspended working account from the control station. After governance clears the underlying concern, they set the account back to active; you cannot self-unblock a working account block from the operator portal.
