Linked reserve (posted ledger)

The connected reserve headline reflects executed ledger credits to the linked reserve instrument. It excludes amounts that are only instructed or in intake.

Pending incoming credit

A treasury intake row for funds moving from mandate earnings toward linked reserve posting. It carries an expected visibility window and progresses through procedural stages until posted or reversed.

Settlement posting window

The configured delay between instruction receipt and ledger credit visibility, subject to acknowledgement and operational checks.

Transfer authorization hold

A governance state where outbound transfers or certain payment rails are held pending review or policy clearance.

Operational payable

Company-side invoice domain: settlement is requested against operational treasury; mandate earnings are not debited.

Earnings payable

Earnings-domain invoice domain: successful payment reduces mandate earnings and flows into settlement history.

Wire tracking

Monitoring of custodian wire instructions: pending or in-flight activity is shown separately from the last successfully completed reserve-related wire outcome.
